The Evening Gown

The Evening Gown is an original image of an earthworm captured by Dreadful Jonquil. The title has to do with the sultry shape, pose and tonal palette this particular subject took on. This capture occurred in Port Orchard WA in July 2018 during a friend’s birthday celebration when Dreadful took a few minutes to explore her forest surroundings. armed with a sigma macro lens and a canon rebel T7i she happened on this scene next to a damp tree trunk.
